Cancellation and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, intact with the purchase invoice.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund will be processed upon approval after receipt of the package at our facility, within 7-10 days.
Return Process:

We will require a picture or PDF of the purchase invoice or a picture of the shipping label to verify your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured to cover any damages or loss during transit.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund or exchange.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, including the cost of return shipping borne by the customer.
