Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, intact with the purchase invoice.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Refund will be processed upon approval after receipt of the package at our facility, within 7-10 days.

 

Return Process:

• We will require a picture or PDF of the purchase invoice or a picture of the shipping label to verify your order.

• Please contact our customer service team at store@getmymed.com to request a return authorization and provide your order details.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured to cover any damages or loss during transit.

• Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund or exchange.

• If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, including the cost of return shipping borne by the customer.
